The company was founded to provide a home for the intellectual property (IP) developed by the partners such as concepts, philosophies, courses, and books relating to their areas of interest; Business-focused Project, Programme, and Strategic management. The company is registered in New Zealand and is the owner of all Denzo copyrights and trademarks ( BFPM™ and ODPM™).
