Competency and Capability Assessments

The goal of talent identification (capability and competence assessment) is to provide assistance in decision-making by understanding the type of projects the individual has a natural preference for and would be most sustainably effective in managing.

Individual preference profiles are benchmarked according to the ideal project type requirements (typology) and a degree of alignment per project type is determined. Strengths and possible challenges per project type are highlighted should the individual be required to manage projects of each typology nature.

Talent identification and assessments offer better and more informed decision-making in recruiting, placing, training and development of project personnel.

Our assessments are well-constructed and researched and were developed by Industrial and Clinical Psychologists together with leading project management consultants, practitioners, lecturers, and authors.
